Design for Recyclability Testing Protocols
It is very important that bottle design innovators have useful test methods and criteria to evaluate the effects of new concepts on bottle recyclability. APR has developed with the assistance of testing laboratories and universities a number of test methods that help generate the needed data to assess the impacts of innovations on recyclability. The test methods are intended to focus on key issues, to be safe to workers and the environment, to conserve testing resources, and to be harmonious with test protocols developed elsewhere in the world.
As needed, APR develops new test procedures.
